How many volunteers does each game need?

Exactly two families per game: one brings halftime Gatorade and one brings postgame Gatorade plus a snack. Once both spots are claimed the game shows as fully booked.

What do I need to bring?

Halftime Gatorade: Enough Gatorade for the whole roster, ready at the sideline before halftime. Postgame Gatorade + Snack: Enough kid-friendly snacks and drinks for the whole roster after the game.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before kickoff and check in with the team manager on the sideline so we know refreshments are covered.

Will I get a reminder?

Yes. You receive a confirmation email right after signing up and a reminder email three days before your game with the date, opponent, home/away and what to bring.

Can I sign up for more than one game?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Families are welcome to take as many open spots as they can commit to across the ten game season.

What if I can no longer make my game?

Accepted Answer

Contact the volunteer coordinator as soon as possible. An administrator can move or remove your sign-up so the spot reopens for another family.

Is my information private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Other parents only see a first name and last initial next to a claimed spot. Email addresses and phone numbers are visible only to team administrators.
